  • Two Days On-Site, including interviews with all key employees, observational periods, a 2-hour LPM introduction, and a 2-hour oral report

  • 1:1 One-Hour Post-Trip Interview with 1-3 Key Employees

  • 30-Day 1:1 One-Hour Follow Up with 1-3 Key Employees

ADD ONS

  • Weekly Check-in once a week, 3 times in one month - $2,500/month

  • Additional Quarterly Hour-Long 1:1 Coaching with 1-3 Key Employees - $3,500

  • One-Day follow-up on-site visit, quarterly - $5,500/visit + Expenses

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Single Payment within 14 days of signing

  • 5% Mark Up / Two Payments: 50% upon signing, 50% 30-days before start of services

  • 10% Mark Up / Four payments: 50% upon signing, 25% 30-days before start of services, 25% 15 days before start of services
